Matt Porter

Matt built Cannabis Insurance Professionals from the ground up. Porter specializes in all aspects of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance, with a focus on the cannabis industry, including cultivators, property owners and developers, and cannabis consultants.

Matt takes pride in ensuring his clients are best protected while being presented all available options, especially in the ever-changing cannabis market. He creatively develops custom-tailored policies for his clients and believes that one size does not fit all. Matt is constantly working with carrier partners to develop proprietary programs for the clients of Cannabis Insurance Professionals.
